National EU Citizen Registration

The government maintains a database of citizens of other EU member states resident in Spain. Persons registered are issued with a green certificate which can be used where required for entering contracts etc. This certificate is also required for entry on the local padron.

You will need:

Passport
Photocopy of passport photograph page
Escritura (deeds to your house) or Rental Contract
