Gone are the days when the local police had their office on the ground floor of the Town Hall.

At present, the police are in a completely renovated building, Avenida Valencia n º 35. (Map) It is a new building, with facilities in line with the needs of the force. It consists of a public reception room, administration offices and a private interview room, together with the associated changing and mess rooms. It meets the accessibility requirements, so that any visitor can gain access to, or move through the building.

As regards the provision of vehicles, the Benitachell Police have two all terrain vehicles and a saloon car specially designed for the transfer of prisoners. All vehicles are fully equipped with the basic needs so police patrols are properly prepared.
