Reports, Complaints and Suggestions

We offer all residents the opportunity to communicate with the Council about anything relevant to its responsibilities or to make suggestions or complaints.

Please fill out the "instancia" (click here to download) and submit it at the Town Hall. This must be done in Spanish (Castellano) or Valenciano. The Spanish (or Valenciano) used does not have to be perfect, just understandable. Although we cannot offer a formal translation service for non Spanish speakers, the Councillor for Integration or one of his colleagues may be able to assist residents in the completion of this form in very simple cases.

You may attach copies of photographs or other documents if necessary. We will respond as quickly as possible and, where appropriate, the matter will be transferred to the relevant department of the Town Hall for action.
